Each 3D scanner model can be installed either as stationary scanner unit, or mounted on a displacement device, linear stages or industrial robot. Multiple VersaSCAN™ modules can be used to build a system in any configuration to achieve optimal line of sight for the most intricate parts and to capture the required features

The following base models are available:
VersaSCAN - SA: Fixed acquisition unit that provide the best possible accuracy, with or without high-precision turn-table
VersaSCAN - MS: Mounted on high-precision linear stages, with or without high-precision turn-table
VersaSCAN - MX: Mounted on robot or multi-axis stages, with or without high-precision turn-table

VersaSCAN™ digitizers utilize state-of the art 3D sensors providing you with the required precision for your task. Our sensors are calibrated to reach an accuracy starting at 2.5 µm/2δ. The larger scale sensor is designed to provide an accuracy of 25 µm/2δ.
