Integrating ACCU3D Vision Systems with Robotic Displacements
|
3D vision is used to automatically detect and process the x, y and z co-ordinates of the product or its
features. By using 3D vision together with robotics, various tasks of the in-process and quality control
are then accomplished in fully automated manner, reducing the cost and complexity of tooling and eliminating
the need for manual inspection.
This combination of robotics, 3D vision and our patented software makes Accu3D systems more adaptable
to changes in either product inspection or process control applications.
While in most cases we provide 3D inspection turnkey solutions, we can also complement your existing
system(s) by providing the 3D vision module or perhaps an embedded vision robot
to an existing system
that is already in place.

Compatible with all major industrial robots
Optional tracking unit improves the robot accuracy
Laser, photogrammetry or inteferometry-based modules available
Fiber-optic connection with a PC allows for remote placement of computer
workstation without decrease in performance
Stand-alone or server-based systems with multiple robots
Vision System Applications >Our highly configurable Accu3D Robotic Vision Systems can be used in many industrial applications where products need to be located, identified or inspected at high speeds. Here are some typical inspection applications: Inspection of airfoils
Inspection of auto-parts
Inspection of various castings
Inspection of composite parts
Detection and classification of damage and or defects
